Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ‘out of the box’ thinking Outbound B2B Sales Manager, to generate sales in assigned industries. It will predominantly be in cold calling SME businesses; the candidate will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

The role responsibilities will include;

  • Lead Sourcing
  • Cold calling B2B companies in specific markets / countries
  • Emailing potential clients
  • Update the company database on a daily basis
  • Set up trials with prospective companies
  • Preparation of weekly sales reports for management
  • Keep up to date with current industry and competitor activity.
  • Negotiate agreements from start to finish
  • Regular follow ups and Pipeline Management

Key aspects of a successful employee will include;

  • A structured and strategic approach to call planning and networking
  • Highly developed customer satisfaction focus.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B selling is required
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Office skills, plus CRM system experience (ZOHO or Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team
  • Possess a proactive, outgoing and ‘can do’ personality who’s not afraid to speak up
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Ideal candidate has experience with Australian and New Zealand market
